Training running.
Im fairly far through my application as i have my RMAD coming up rather soon. At the moment im running 3 miles in 10:30 on my first run and 10:30 on my second run. I cant seem to slow myself down or go faster. I usually run 3 miles or 1.5 miles depending how I feel. Just wondering has anybody got any useful tips on improving running times, posture or anything that may be helpfull. Cheers.
