wht i am going to do, is just like you said run for a set time, i was suprised when i ran quite a long distance in 3mins which is crazy(though i am quite tall so maybe tht why)
i found a nice hill/huge hill, which im just gana run up jog down ect ect.
i recon if i just keep to running i wil just adapt and then once that happends i recon i can increase my time very quickly, sinse i found once i swam for a while i could swim very fast ect.
same with loong walks, i find i can walk with rucksack very far and dont feel tired at all which i allways found pretty freaky( when i did 100 miles i didnt get tired at all...just bored)
so like you said il vary training cos i get bored easly
also i think running when on PRMC as group makes you go faster anyhow.
