Military Preparation College

As in the title, there appears to be a College in Cardiff, for Military Preparation - it covers Army, Navy and Royal Marines, the link is below. The next course starts January (possibly a good idea for those who are wanting an insight and helping hand in military life).

I have a mate who attended the MPC and he later went on to recruit training. As far as I know, it's great for fitness.

hey, i actually went to the one in cardiff, i have to say its full of chav's etc, but on the fitness, and military knowledge side i have nothing bad to say about it, the fitness levels there are superb, they even organise a week away to the army,navy for you to get a better taste of what its like also alot of my mates went and passed there prmc's etc while on the course and straight after it, if you can get on it you wont have any regrets

oh and by the way sorry my grammer isn't the best ...but tough
