Recruit Training, How To Prepare?

Post by lukebland89 »

Just wondered for those of you who have done RT or have any experience of it. Is there anything extra i can do to prepare. I have started training quite intensly, is there anything in particular i should be doing to prepare. Thanks in advance. Luke

No problem mate. Do a lot of 'stamina' swimming as he said the stuff he did was a real hangout.

I've heard from 3 seperate people, that you don't do that much running in gym phase. They all said they had done an average of 3-4 runs in 6 weeks- lol, so I'm definetly going to tone down the running. They swim everyday apaprently- soo for RT I would suggest you focus on upper body strength, sprints, moderate running BUT a lot of swimming. I'll keep eveyrone posted if this is true.
