Yea that looks right. However you are unlikely to find a decent place to dips in your local park or paying field so I do an easier version where you put your feet on the ground and hands on a bench and keeping straight legs go up and down.

No sorry, it is actually illegal to do dips on a public bench.

If you frequent a gym, it's a good place to do the dips James mentioned above. I drag up two benches, feet on one and arms on the other, then a bit of weight on the lap for added resistance. I personally find it does more than normal dips, but there you go.

iv got a copy of the hunter coy circuit that was a killer i'l try and dig it out
ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.
currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

Its a bloody hard workout though and the situps are a pain in the arse after about the 5th set
