Good on ya mate, hope you enjoyed it the hard stuff is yet to come!
Crack on with your phys before you go in, the fitter you are the easier and more enjoyable it will be, dont let them pressure you into going in until your ready cause tehy will as they have to fill up spaces. But go when YOU want.

Good on ya anyway. :D

i cant go in until april anyway because i need to finish my course at uni, so thats gives me plenty of time. really wish it was sooner though.
scores where:

bleep test- 11
sit ups- 72
push ups- 74 (the most there :D )
pull ups- 7 then told to stop

12 people failed the 3 miler, including one that was on his PRMDC which i thought was shocking.
40 went down there and 25 passed which i thought was quite a lot. 2 guys had to do there bleep test again on the second day to get at least level 11 because there RT scores were poor and they both passed, after only getting level 10 the previous day.

Nice one Welzy mate!

Quick Q for you....did they do the pyramid press ups at the end of the 3 miler?

Also, what is involved in the 'cheeky warm up' at the beginning of the 3 miler? On my one a year ago it was just literally a couple of sprints and press ups. Has it changed?

no we didnt do the pyramid push ups instead we pretty much did the same as what we did for the cheeky warm up.
which wasnt really that cheeky but it did get you nice and warm, apart from your hands that is, which were freezing from the push-ups with all the frost on the rugby pitch. it pretty much involved several sprints round the posts and a load of push ups, sit ups, squats, and star jumps ect.
Dalo, im not gonna start RT till around April now because i need to finish my course at uni, which is pretty annoying because im raring to go now ive had a taster.

well done mate. I still dont see how 12 people can fail the 3 miler when its the first test especially if you pass the PJFT.
