I'm confused about your comment of the rope being left up on the assault course, could you explain?

theres a rope you climb on the assault course, you grip hold of it and walk up the wall, when u get too the top uve got to put the rope down properly for the next man, well if u dont then the next man trying to get up aint got no rope :)

My scores before i went down where. 35 press ups, 80 sit ups, 9 and a half pull ups. The last obstacle on the assualt course is a big wall with ropes dangling down and someone in a group that started before mine must of left his one up by mistake so therefore it couldnt be used by anyone once the other two where being climbed. Double marking time or marking time is running on the spot raising your knees whilst having your elbows tucked into your sides. Yeh elbows were tucked in the PTI's made sure of it, im hoping to start training in january some time so i dont need to go down there and then come back for two weeks for christmas.
