I know its a while yet but maybe it would be good to write a diary over the 32 weeks your there? Might help you focus, plus it'll make good reading

Diary is a great idea, many lads start one, very few get past the first few weeks, cos basically it takes up time that can be better spent on the lash or with your head down  Be good to see one up on here, would stop many of the more stupid questions  I thought about writing one over leave, but couldn't really remember what went where.

Question regarding PRMC-

I'm fit enough to do the PJFT (I hope), but my running times are mediocre and pale in comparison to others I've read on the site :/
Would you say it's determination and a good level of fitness, or do you need to be really really fit?

U obviously need to be fit, but determination and stamina!
its only 9 mins of your life go all out, you dont need to be super super fit for PRMC but fit enough, Foundation will transform you from fit enough to super fit!
RM application 2005, PRMC - tore ACL and PCL ligaments.

It won't transform you into a Super fit bloke. Your fitness will improve as you progress though training. What goes on inside your head will be the biggest change and you will hardly notice it. You will start to think like a Royal Marine and less like a Civvy.
