Hi All,
I have heard a buzz (and I stress that I do think it is a buzz) that the 45th Northern Penal Colony is relocating south - perminantly.
Anybody else heard about this?

Same story was being banded about the last time we were there in 98-2000 (approx)
Story went summat along the lines of more money could be made from the sale of the MQs cos the bottom patch had just been all done up, so it was the prime time for relocation back down to the "triangle"
There was obviously a stack of truth in that rumour
