Bleep test time intervals?

Does anyone know the exact time intervals on the bleep test?

Im looking to make an audio file to uplaod on to an MP3 player to wich I could test my self.

Just grab yourself a copy of the bleep test off Ebay for a quid, would be alot easier matey.

If you carn't get the tape on ebay, just do sprint training its the best way to train for it. :lol:

Go to a local secondary school and ask to borrow the tape to copy then give it back.

just practice sprinting the lengths of how ever long the bleep test is, without stopping, doing this will no doubt make you get a higher score on it, it worked for me when i was in school! :)

wildfire do you know which version you have? and what the version used is at the ctc? i just downloaded an mp3 version... did it over 20m. the first few levels are not a walk more like a jog, maybe i have the 15m version.

hey, the one i have starts at a medium walk which is not quite a jog over 20m so i dont know sorry but if you train with the 15m over 20m then ull be fitter than every1 else :lol:

Not sure what you are asking, but most of the time and on the PRMC it over twenty metres, is this the information you wanted.

Thats what I wanted to know so thanks :P . Just to explain to you I was asking about the distance between the line's on the floor at the PRMC for the bleep test. Thank you for your time and help.
