I was down then aswell. Havnt been on this site for ages. Just came on to check if anyone has there start date.
Im starting on the 21st Feb.
I havnt done any phiz since the prmc, im still hurting.

Dont worry mate, there is a list of the jargon on the wall. You dont have to learn all of it, though it may be an idea to learn a couple.

Nah, it was the ligaments in my hip mate....it's a right arse! Taken ages to heal these ligament injuries!

Do you get points for swimming? I ask because I'm a really strong swimmer, but the 1 lenght is only an 'assesment'. Does it come into their decision at all?

As you said, it's only an assesment. You're made to swim just to see if you are going to cause them any problems in the field i.e. by drowning and making someone carry you back.
