2nd time a charm.
2nd time a charm.
Just got back from prmc (6-9 sept) with a nice new pair of boots
This time if found it much easier than last time (if thats possible ) i wasnt as nervous which i think was a main reason for failure last time as well as not being physically ready.
Hopefully i should start training within the next month and i cant wait, just like to thank everyone on the forum for there tips and training info as it helped me no end in getting fit and ready for prmc.
anyone going down soon best of luck, give it all you got and show them you want it and you will.
Bleep test: 12 ( something i have to work on)
Press-ups: 60
Sit-ups: 80
Pull-ups: 5
Assault course: 3:56
Anyone that wears glasses and is worried about them or anything dont worry about them i had no problem with them just take them out on bottom field because your vison is going to get blurry any which way
Thanks again.

Thats the problem im facing ie i know whats coming the second time around, but.....i read somewhere that apparently the brain has a function where it tells itself that something that previously caused a lot of pain isn't as bad as it was, it also went on to say that this was/is an essential function for homo-sapiens to survive.........alcohol and hangovers spring to mind
