Did 1.5 miles today in 8:51. But that is 1.5 miles, and after a 1.5 mile warm up.

I have managed the occasional sub four minute mile. Then I have to change channel to the rugby.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.

Never timed myself for a mile. I got 8:35 on my fitness test back in March, however.

Managed 8mins 59 for the 1.5mile PJFT but but the chuffin treadmill could only reach 16km/h.

And to make matters worse it decided to crash after sprinting(ish) my first mile, wiping what i had just done meaning i had to start again from scratch.

Of course, no sympathy from the dipppy fitness instuctor who was meant to be supervising. A simple shrug of the the shoulders and the offer of 'a quick dip in the pool' as compensation. Was far from impressed, but all's well that ends well i spose.

Drifted off the point there slightly, but gotta bee in my bonnet about that one
