Whats the best way to get a good Shape on ya Beret?!?

And Saffer you got it all wrong mate, Pound for pound Danger Mouse is packing the Mightier punch and in my opinion P***'s all over Superted!!! :lol:

Thats a double affirmative Breywick! The Training is going Fine just trying to put on some weight before I stat Basic as I know I'm gonna loose it so it's starting to feel a bit heavier but will help my strength no end.
