I thought it was every two weeks.
Passed PRMC 17th December 2003

Started Basic 5th July 2004 880 Troop, Jan 2005 886 Troop, June 2005 893 Troop, July 2005 895 Troop

Got MD 3rd November 2005

PRMC is usually every week(depending on leave etc) .
As for the RMR i think its every few months(rabby or statistic could tell you ). The POC i every few months too (from what i read in my POC booklet,thou it was dated 1996).

I think POC's are more frequent than every few months as Maverick is going down on the 2nd February and then I am heading down the week after. Not sure if they are every week though and could be put on more or less frequently, depending on demand for places.

During the "GULF WAR II" they were running 2 PRMCs a week (Tues - Fri, Fri - Mon) and having and new intake of recruits every week instead of every fortnight.

It was chaos.
