Yup same here but i forgot a few things.
While in the forces as a squadie you get cheap food living you dont pay gas electrcity water bla bla.You get cheap living thats how the pay seems to be lower but in actuall fact if you work it out you turn out richer than a civvie earning 30 becuase they have high house costs which keep on rising.You basically earn spending money for beer they have to take ina ccount alot of other expense.Correct me if im wrong.
