Just relax mate, many thousands have been there before you

And they can`t make you pregnant, despite what Doc tells you

Work on your fitness, Royal Navy general knowledge questions and October is a long way away.
Don`t panic.
You`ll be fine mate

Just come back from 2 weeks in Turkey so the fittness slipped somewhat!! Back on it now however - Full session at the gym every other day - 60+ mins of cardio and some weights - Circuits once a week - and 2.4km on the other days. Plus a bit of swimming when i have the energy. Seems to becoming along nicely - started a month or so before my holiday and lost weight and could feel myself getting fitter.
