Apart from the gales yesterday, come to East Anglia for the sunniest and driest part of the UK. It was only two weeks ago we were praying for some rain after a month of drought, and on a gorgeous sunny day with a bit of cu-nimbus cloud (like today) where is there a more beautiful country on Mother Earth?

Ack the summer's been abnormally great in the last five or so years so I figure it's fair enough having it dire this year. :D

The storms make for good climbing/walking weather!

I think the summer was last week... Tuesday possibly.
Drums beating, colours flying and bayonets fixed...

The last two days have started well then gone down hill, but it has been warm and dry for weeks to such an extent that the leaves on the trees have all gone brown down one side where the warm winds have dried them out.
