Another Bloody Australian
G'day Members, not another Bloody Australian, you say.
I have been retired from the Australian Military for some time but I still like to keep in touch.
I now spend most of my time enjoying the grandchildren, looking after the chooks and vegie patch and tinkering with antique tractors and trucks.
During my military career, I worked with the US and UK Military and enjoyed the experience. They are of course completely two different breeds but great characters in their own right.
Anyhow, that's my intro and I hope to see you around the traps later.

Being Irish Australian, this would have to be the Thread for me.
Anyhow, came out here in the early 60's and been here ever since.
Served in the Australian Military and State Police and now retired.
I have been back to The Mother Country a couple of times for a holiday and really enjoyed it but Australia is my home and that is where my hat hangs.
Looking forward to a bit of a yarn, a chin wag or a bit of the craic about anything and everything, including Cricket (The Ashes) and Rugby Union.
Cheers.
