Just make sure you can run 3 miles in 21 minutes or so Lots of pressups(see regt site for specific type of pressup), situps and interval/fartlek training is a GREAT method of getting fit quickly Also, use the search function as its a superb tool. alot of people before yourself have asked this questi...

I dont think there would be a waist measurement 'rule' or regulation specifically if you can pass the physical tests then I wouldnt think it would matter a jot as long as you are in good health (as you would know being a doctor that a bmi of 27 is considered overweight) but with the bmi scale its tr...

boney, this may be the case for gunner tests regarding the swimming

i'm not so sure if it will be the same for basic RAF personell basic and trade training.

perhaps another more experienced member could clear this up?

firefox is a funny thing

whatever you do, have NO temptation to install the new internet explorer 7 browser to try it

it blocks certain scripts from running (such as login ones) even in firefox

if you havent installed Internet Explorer 7 nevermind about my post :D

both a127 (god ive gone like the clappers down there before) and the a12 are crackers

except the a12 has roadworks on it at the moment, doh!

hope they dont put speed cameras permanently on the a12! theres rumours of it

cant see the afco having a problem with this, it happens

you could re-order the certificates from the exam board direct, might have to pay something though. worth it though, least you'll have them

you just need to find out from your college what exam board your exams consisted of.
