Eh? Why would you want to run without any energy...? You don't emtpy your fuel tank in the mornings before you drive off to work as well do you?lewis wrote:Naaa.
You probably get more benefit from running before breakfast when your blood glycogen level is low than the disadvantages of any possible risks.

Some gym sessions are sprints/rope climbing/pushups/situps/pullups. The weights one he was talking about are strength circuits which they also do. A bunch of equipment is laid out in the gym and you go round once or twice. I think the only 'normal' gym thing they do in it with weights is squats. The...

I went into a pub with 2 others and was told to leave, even if you went in by yourself to meet up with others they would kick you out. Recruits are easy to spot.
