At one point in my training i had a slight pain or ache in my right shin but it was more in the muscle. I just rested it for abit and every time i went to train i would strech it by pointing my toes down and up if that makes sense i just put it down to the muscle being tense.

You can also do 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 then back up to ten. Works well for me.

Alright tom my mate passed poc but didnt have to do prmc again. He just had to do all the things like the written test and interview. If the Corporals dont know about you passing poc then they cant put you under pressure but if they do know you passed poc then they are probably looking at you to do ...

Having a week off wont effect you too much. Its the drinking that will effect you more. I have times were i take a week off just to recover and i dont lose fitness if anything i seem to gain more as my body can fully recover and is stronger. SYKEs your AFCO will sort out your start date when you come back from prmc. Your date will normally be a few weeks after prmc.

Yeh my mate has the same problem as you jimbob. Our tutor at college said its because hes got strong abs so his back is slightly weaker so thats why he arches more. Not sure if it will be the same for you though :-?

I just finished a 2 year btec in public services and it was quality i finished with a dd which is worth 240 ucas points. But im only going for recruit. Dont ask me why its just what i want to do and we will see what happens later on in life.
