hello dom, im jamie, ive done all the little annoying tests and now im on the countdown until foundation, 24th october it is.

good luck and give it your all throughtout your process mate. any questions and ill try to answer them seen as ive done the process more or less :D

i know daft isnt it, but yea 9 dropped out, sorry dlink forgot to answer, the whole run is as a troop, usually with the pti leading at the front right corner of the pack and then you try and run in 3 ranks but it just ends up a shambles!! hope nothing holds you back on your medical, and alls well fo...

The 3miler was on the 1st day, 1st morning, so we were as fresh as possible but still 9 failed!! Both you lads dig out blind and give it your all, im sure you'll both pass, the prmc isnt all that hard, it is about determination and if you have it you'll be successful.
