Agreed the TA should be put on three year contracts. Not talking about compulsory Mobilization but if you fail to attend a course you should have to pay back that money.
I have seen first hand how alot of the TA milk the system, take everything but give nothing back.

I realize that not all the TA are the same. But this has pissed me off Royally. We have just spent thousands of pounds on training for an individual to deploy on Ops. He volunteered for this tour, he isnt a pressed man. Now with only three months left before OPTAG he has decided he doesnt want to go...

With Recruiting being at an all time high at the moment your chance of getting a shading for your qualifications are slim to none. We have fully qualified applicants with the right qualifications coming out of our ears! Sorry to disapoint however, speak to your recruiter and see what he or she says....
