Cheers for the answers, also if you don't mind matey, Im running 5 miles comftably at the moment,my best 1.5 mile run time at the moment is 10minutes 28 seconds, I can do 48 press-ups, 60 sit-ups and only 7 heaves at the moment and im told to expect selection at the end of august, im going for the G...

I bought it after the PWRR sniper book, this is also a great read, but yeah I agree im 21 far to immature at 16, but even lads my age are to put it politley pt Goldens bleeding double :lol: I just want to make sure that when I get to my basic training I can compete with anyone, more so myself I mean...
