Knee probs, to all you budding physio's etc :)

Hi just after a bit of advice about a knee problem that's appeared out of the blue. I trained hard tuesday night did some sprinting and a bit of jogging on the way home, felt fine legs a bit tired but that's it. Wednesday felt fine again bit stiff but soon loosened up so no problem. Wednesday aftern...

How could you live with yourself as a parent though letting your kid eat so much food that they weigh almost as much as 2 fully grown men at age seven!
I agree that if you wanna be fat then that's fair enough but this takes it to the extreme! It's cruel!

I guess it depends on how long yer legs are too!

Yeah wouldn't suprise me ;) On the running machines at my gym the speed adjustement is in levels and doesn't give the speed (anoyingly) just effort level so the higher the level the quicker the belt moves! And if you think about it 4mph is the average walking pace and to do it in 7 mins you've gotta...

The treadmills I use have the kmh reading and most of them max out at 16kmh. This speed only allows you to achieve a best time of 9min 17 secs on a 1.5 mile run. Yeah we're lucky at our gym they keep going and going I haven't managed to get it up to the max speed as I can't keep up!! When I was in ...

Regarding press ups - Presumably, after running 1.5 miles in just over 7 minutes you were farked, and you saying you only had a few minutes rest, implies you weren't fully recovered ? When was the last weight session you did ? Again it may be you hadn't fully recovered. At the end of the day I woul...

Evening all! Just venting a bit of anger on here I guess! Don't know if anyone can help me with these 2 things! 1. Hit the gym last night after not doing any press ups as had a dodgy wrist for a few weeks and have just been doing weights instead. After doing a 1.5 miler in just over 7 mins I was rea...

Tattoos on the forehead maybe? hehe
