And if you think about it 4mph is the average walking pace and to do it in 7 mins you've gotta...

The treadmills I use have the kmh reading and most of them max out at 16kmh. This speed only allows you to achieve a best time of 9min 17 secs on a 1.5 mile run. Yeah we're lucky at our gym they keep going and going I haven't managed to get it up to the max speed as I can't keep up!! When I was in ...

Regarding press ups - Presumably, after running 1.5 miles in just over 7 minutes you were farked, and you saying you only had a few minutes rest, implies you weren't fully recovered ? When was the last weight session you did ? Again it may be you hadn't fully recovered. At the end of the day I woul...

thanks, I'm hopeing my legs are just tired, I had a knee injury 3 years back now and haven't had a single problem since but I'm so paranoid about injuring myself again! Think I'll take a few days off and start again next week...as for now I'm just getting them nice and relaxed with a couple of beers...

Hit the gym last night after not doing any press ups as had a dodgy wrist for a few weeks and have just been doing weights instead. After doing a 1.5 miler in just over 7 mins I was rea...
