from 4para experience P-coy doesnt make bulk of the failures its the CIC beforehand that will break you. Id imagine this will be similar in the regs as by time test week arrives the wheat has been sorted from the chaff.

I think if our MOD didnt drag their heels, thought things through at times and took a similar stance to the US then there wouldnt be this 'us and them' attitude.
