My two cents here. I have put considerable thought towards this as I am of the 'Born Again Christian' persuasion. Throughout the Bible there are wars and battles. As said before, the commandment about 'Do not Kill' speaks more of murder. I have no problem taking another mans life in the course of se...

Hey mate, I'm colourblind and yes it will affect you in some way. You will be required to do a wire test as part of the medical examination, it's easy to pass. I am red/green colourblind as are one in eight males, so welcome to the club :-? I tried joining the NZ Navy once, they couldn't tell me if ...

Didn't picture Artist or Sarastro as classical fans, just the way you imagine people over the internet I guess. Favorite classical peice is definately Tcychovsky(bugger it I never did learn to spell him!) 1812 Overture. I watched it played in the Auckland Domain as a kid, sat next to the 3 Army 105m...

Dalo mate, It's pretty much as Irish Guard said. It was not a government comment.

I belive an apology to Irish Guard is order.

Just my two cents, Benjo

hmm, now a good read goes a long way! I belive De La Belliere's book was called "Looking for Trouble", was a great read and I enjoyed it a lot. And one that has been nagging me for days, Doc might be able to help me out on this. I belive it's called "The Red and Green, Life Machine&qu...

Artist, your on! Likely as not I shall have about a month post PRMC before actually starting, possibly longer as my security clearance is taking it's time :( That gives me two projects then, painting canal boats and converting me relations attic into a loft. I aren't exactly sure what way you paint ...

Yes I enjoy the rain, it isn't ever too horribly cold in New Zealand to run in, so I sometimes take my time a bit, ease the pace back and double the distance. I find the rain very relaxing and the head clears itself of any worries as I plod on in the wet. I guess at CTCRM I may revise my love of the...

Cheers aye, Benjo

Wait till the water clears, then we can see the mud... I guess we take the little message about updating/upgrading/changing or what ever it was at face value.

As enlightened as you mate! Benjo

Good advice there people keep it up 8) Sorry about the long delay in the reply, but this is my situation. I'm in NZ and only have NZ Citizenship. I decided to go for Royal after meeting a Falklands veteran who told me about his time in. Coming over from New Zealand isn't a huge deal to me really, AF...

Very sorry to hear H_N.

I quite understand what your reasons for leaving are, it's a shame the wannabees (including myself) have cost the forums a member such as yourself. This small plot of cyberspace will be a sadly dull place without your brand of humor.

Respectfully, Benjo

What an enlightenment Stinky  I really do not care how often you showered or how often you remember said shower. Yes chaps I have the same problem with motivation sometimes. I look at my goal, the respected Green Lid. I know PRMC and training is absolutely nails, so I always say to myself &quo...

Flighty can Benjo join in your voyage of discovery??? I hear the climate on Planet Furby is quite nice! For L'Artist I shall bring 'The Regulator', it is approved for play in all major Softball Leagues and made of shiny alluminium, also makes a pleasant dinging sound when used correctly... Will hope...

I am colour blind an did this test, it's quite easy to pass. there is a bundle of wires secured at each end to a baseboard, chopped in the middle with bullet type connectors. You are given 2 minuites to connect all the wires up. All you are doing is matching the same coloured wires together, nothing...
