Got an update on this one guys. The police sent me a letter a few weeks ago, it was a bit weird as it had a telephone statement they had made from my account of the incident, they asked me to sign it. It had weird sentences on it like: "Although the investigation is now complete, the person(s) ...

Re: Sore Wrists

Okay so I've been training quite a bit lately (nothing over the top) and have found that after say 20 pushups I feel a very sharp pain in my wrists. You have not been doing these http://www.guinessworldrecords.co.uk/records/amazing_feats/tests_of_strength/most_push-ups_using_back_of_hands_in_one_ho...

I reckon Dazza should get the Kings badge just for writing that diary, top stuff. Dazza, it is a little unfair that we have not told any of the users waiting to attend PRMC about the little secret that waits them on the Thursday evening, you know what I mean, the insanely tender breast bone caused b...

So as far as Im concered it isnt a rumour, well not compared to some of the things Ive read whilst here. Heeeeeel boy heel! everyone get the agression off the net and into training you big...

So you thought you would post it anyway!. There are enough rumours on this site as it is :-?

Just a quick point to those of you who are suggesting just train to pass PRMC ie; 3 miler, max press ups, sit ups etc. Nobody has suggested this, that is exactly why people have been arguing. Certain people on this board feel they have to reply to every single post that they feel is not exactly wha...

As long as you get stuck in I think the ribbing will be minimal. They won't look down on you, just probably take the P a little. A guy in my grot had ginger hair that was gelled up like a small mohican, they just teased him. You won't get in trouble for having dodgy hair, as long as it isn't long/po...

Remember you are training to be soldiers guys. Soldiers don't take 7 sets of clothes for a week in the field. You have wash facilities and a drying room at PRMC digs. 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel is sufficient, you can put the shower towel in the drying room overnight and you can hand wash your b...

Those are some of the higest scores I have seen on MFAT. I would expect a 100% pass with those scores.

I am trying to help, and all I face is crap like what TheWedge has to say and people following the advice of people who have nothing like the experience and knowledge I do. I must admit I don't know much about you Spooky. I may have missed some stuff but I don't know your experience. If you are sti...

Re: Frequancy, Duration and Intensity

I don't really know what to say to those replies spooky, I have given cautious advice and you have basically said it is all wrong with your arguments. Spooky says it is okay to run 6 times per week, I agree with the CTC training team and think it is a silly idea to run 6 times per week just for PRMC...

Good stuff Jack, relax over the weekend and stay off the booze. On Monday, make sure you wake up at 6am and the same on the Tuesday, this will ensure you don't get caught out and will get you used to the long days at CTC!

Re: Frequancy, Duration and Intensity

However a bloke who admittingly is fit as hell said I need to be doing it at least 6 times a week, and when I said no, he seemed quite insulted. Remember, you are not training for a Marathon, 6 times per week is way too much for PRMC and you could expose yourself to injury not to mention the fact t...

Keep it simple - Basic PRMC Training Program

Hello all, this is a long post, but it is explaining a simple plan and the reasons why, along with the results. I thought I would create this thread because of my recent success at PRMC. The corporal asked me to tell 415 PRMC troop my simple weekly training schedule, this plan and all the determinat...
