Hi guys, i got my ADSC on the 2nd, i feel really confident in passing, if thats the case do you think i will get in the same troop as use on the 22nd?

Yes there is a (PRMC version...) its called ADSC (Army Development & Selection Centre. It takes 2 days of your time, If the Candidate wishes to apply for the Paras then they need a 1.5 mile run time of 9 mins. 9.40 mins is negotiable..

It does seem odd yes, first i have heard of this. I would take the opportunity mate and go for it,
Just think the guys are doing there best to get you in, but they are going to invest alot of time and money so just suck it up and do your best!

your run times are making me depressed.. any tips you can give me to get a better time?

If you want good upper body strengh i.e pressups i have a usefull link what will help ALOT!
Its a 6 week course and at the end of it you will feel alot stronger..

In a way yes it is a good thing.. When your in training they will break you! you just need to suck it up untill you get used to it!
You will be doing alot of teamwork and if one can't cope youl all suffer.
Im not in the Paras yet, its just my opinion..

I handed in my application form on the 2nd November, i will be passing my inteview on the 12th next monday.. is this a question where you will say how long is a piece of string..?
