Welcome Janina First off you're written English is probably better than 90% of young British folks anyways so I shouldn't worry to much (I'll include my self in that percentage) and you seem to be very well spoken. Also just out of interest are you looking to join the military at any point? All the ...

Who wants to buy a T-shirt?
I'd buy one to train in, the rate I go though t-shirts is astonishing at least two a day not counting the one i wear for non-sporting use

Especially if they look malnourished all ready it's just so waste full and I could have been eating it  Also people who tell me how to eat and train yet have no experience of doing what i want to do or know...

Thanks for the replies. Seems I'm getting a mixed response, so I'll just ask when I'm down on my PRMC. Another cheep and effective tool for helping you build a solid core is the 'ab wheel' you might think there gimmicky and only for TV ad people but try doing these standing up and you'll soon see just how tricky it really is. Anyone who can do multiple reps with a wheel should find conventional sit u...

LSD Running: L ong S low D istance. It's like you running with a mate and just having a chat as you run at a comfortable pace. It's ok to do that every so often so you don't wear your body down if you are training hard. I'm with you on that AJ, It is good as recovery method... Slap my I-pod on and ...
