Few things annoy me but I have a strong dislike for people who don't eat all there food! Especially if they look malnourished all ready it's just so waste full and I could have been eating it :lol: Also people who tell me how to eat and train yet have no experience of doing what i want to do or know...

Maybe work it on a % improvements type thing? I.E someone who can do 10 press ups makes it to 30 thats a 300% improvement 'cept it's not.... :oops: You've improved your original '10 pressups' by twice as much by doing '30 press-ups'.... so it's a 200% improvement! :lol: Maths competition anyone? 8)...

Thanks for the replies. Seems I'm getting a mixed response, so I'll just ask when I'm down on my PRMC. I don't mind my body taking a bit of a hit physique wise while I'm doing training as long as I can work on it again when I finish in my own time. Thanks again. I believe 'Ofens' is down at CTC now...

LSD Running: L ong S low D istance. It's like you running with a mate and just having a chat as you run at a comfortable pace.
