A few questions

Just a few things I need answers to:

What should I wear to my recruit test?
Is the entry questionaire done alone or as a one-on-one interview?
How long after my RT will the other stages take place?
At what stage is the PJFT?

Thankyou

Leg exercises

Has anybody got any decent exercises for the leg muscles. My running has gone to ratshit and I keep on getting injured because ive done no proper lower body exercise for ages.

One more thing, what is the average time between application and contact from the AFCO?

It sickens me when people blame an entire race of people for the crimes of a minority. It also makes me angry when tabloid newpapers and politicians spread hatred by immediately linking acts of terror to certain groups of individuals and jumping to conclusions. The Russians are already blaming AQ fo...

Dont know if its what you have got but ive got a thing called a scissor presser. Its two bars with a spring in the middle and you have to push the end of the two bars towards each other. Works the arms and chest well.

What needs to be highlighted is that this seige was carried out by Chechnyan terrorists who are serperate from other rebel groups. Some leaders of the rebels have denounced the atrocity, much in the same way the Palestinian authorities denounce suicide bombings. I dont know too much about chechnya's...

It does not matter how many lives you take. Kill innocents and you should be killed. I was outraged by the bus bombings in Israel, but cant talk about every incident that happens and its a rare occasion that 1,500 est. people are taken hostege in a school. Appauling as they may be, suicide bombings ...

The War Studies course at Kings College London looks very interesting and detailed for anyone interested in the subject. I think Bradford and Hull University do similar courses although nowhere near as detailed.
