if you do not have a provisional when starting training it will slow down the process of getting your tests done. by the time your intake group has done their tests you wont have started training and then you have to wait till the army can fit you in with another group. its much better to get it bef...

http://hundredpushups.com/

I was doing that before I was doing Military Preparation College in Brighton and went from being able to do a meager 19 press ups in 2 mins ( I know that's bad) to doing 93 in 2 mins. Huge improvement in just 6 weeks with very little time invested out of my normal day.

It is actually something I enj...

I went to the doctors yesterday about chronic knee pain that had spread to my shins and thighs and I was starting to feel the symptoms in my arms as well. The doctor tried to diagnose osgood schlatters, yet when I then went to my college physio (army PT trainer for 17 years and still serving) ( I am...

the best thing you can do atm is go straight to your doctors, get them to give you a full check up ( even get a physio checkup if you can) so you can prove that its not affecting you. then pop down to your local afco with the results and have a chat with them. generally its a no go area for them how...

My mate is in the army atm, he said the first 6 weeks was worse than he could ever imagine, after that he is loving it. all they are doing is pushing and pushing seeing how far it takes for you to crack, keep at it and you will be surprised at how well you do. from a purely logical point of view.......

Hello, new member joining.

First off I would like to say hello and after looking around this site for a few hours I have found a lot of useful information and helpful people.
