Absolutely brilliant loved it. I can't even start to explain to you how awesome it was. You'll beat 11 minutes if they have anything to do with it. I have never been worked so hard and so thoroughly knackered. It is worth going no matter what your fitness really it's just going to be a bit more of a...

Haha no i never got the T-shirt. I will admit it's the toughest physical effort i've ever had to do. We were all pushed really hard and there was a lot to be done. Now reading this you may think oh doesn't sound much fun. I will tell you this...I have never enjoyed something so much despite being co...

I use nike v-dart running shoes. These were £30 and i've had no problem with them either. If you need to keep them really clean though i best get a new set and clean them everytime i use them. If you've been running in trainers Tom it's probably not helped your knees any. You'll find running shoes a...

I managed to complete 2 x 30 and 2 x 15 wide armed pressups with 20 second gap between each set and only 2 x 10 close armed pressups(20 second gap also). I am booked to do the para insight course on the 28-30th September. I'll update you guys with any ...

I've always struggled with them but im sure once im in training at catterick ill improve, not sure how to improve that side of things. I can do 60 pressups ( 3 x 20 with 20 second gap in between) But im not really improving that much. Main thing is your breathing Tom they are easier if you can get t...

im booked in for the weekend 28th sept. I can do 3 sets of 20 pressups at a fairly average pace so it burns more with 15-20 sec gap in between. If you hit a brick wall don't carry on with the same routine try and vary it. Do what the lads on here say about 1 mile jog 1 mile faster and run like a mac...

Sorry tartan didn't think of that but due to the name of the topics i thought it best to start new threads. Unfortunately Tom i have to concentrate on my cardio as im not naturally built for body strength so working hard to improve on both.

it'll probably help you mate if you run 1.5 miles quick enough you'll find muscles that aren't quite warmed probably aching and your beathing won't be as controlled. If your heart rate is raised and legs are warmed up makes it easier in my opinion :) I can't see them doing 800m too fast buddy. Good ...
