Well my local infantry at the time was 2 R Anglians. I've moved so it would be mercians now. At the time it didn't occur to me to transfer at the time. I have been on the paras insight weekend. I thought it was awesome i loved every minute of it although i'm sure it was a lot softer than the reality...

My girlfriend is struggling with pressups. She can only do 1 at the minute and she is finding it a struggle. Obviously with the low number of reps what can she do to improve the muscles to do this. Is it advisable to lift low weights with high reps or to do womens press ups? Any advice is welcome. T...

You'll be fine Adam you want to join the army so if shes the one im sure she'll accept it in her own way :) Just get her to write to you and stuff on training keep in touch etc... i'm sure your not the only one in the same situation.

I had no briefing for ADSC mate just paperwork explaining things so it's a bonus. Just don't panic guys, think of it as a 2 day job interview.
