My girlfriend is struggling with pressups. She can only do 1 at the minute and she is finding it a struggle. Obviously with the low number of reps what can she do to improve the muscles to do this. You'll be fine Adam you want to join the army so if shes the one im sure she'll accept it in her own way Just get her to write to you and stuff on training keep in touch etc... i'm sure your not the only one in the same situation.

I had no briefing for ADSC mate just paperwork explaining things so it's a bonus. Just don't panic guys, think of it as a 2 day job interview.

Also interested to see how things are going, as previously stated if you need an ear to bend or any information i will do my best to help.
