Yeah, But as said above you do 6-7 then have a 2 week break. It's not 20 weeks straight... A 2 week break? Haha. A 2 week break after 6 weeks!? What are you smoking? More like 2 days off after 6 weeks. Yeah I didn't mean 2 weeks after 6 weeks, I think the 2 week break is after 12 weeks or somthing ...

i find a good stich remedy simply to crunch over (still running) and firmly pinch the painful area between your thumb and fingers, stay in that position for about 15 seconds, then return to normal, always works for me :D I use the same technique, but I just shove my thumb in the painful area instea...

I think it's more like:

The British Army Infantry = US Army infantry

The Navy seals are SF, but I suppose you could compare them to the Royal Marines.

I'm probably wrong, thats just how I thought it goes...
