If you are In training then they should have your medical records already, but you will have a medical and dentist check up at Chilwell before you start beat up training and then deploy.

Don't know whether It's the same as the army but you are not aloud to wear you watch, as the pace of the run will be ether marked out by the PTI or a best effort as In you go balls out until you throw up and hope you come In before the allocated time.
