im staying there with my grandparents, they live up in hereford so i will be running back and forth from there...my dad was an ex-bootneck and one of the recruiting officers is his buddy from ireland.

yea the sit ups is a little bit of a grey area because i have been blessed with a long torso, so it makes it a little bit tougher, but i am working through that

I don't think ill have much trouble passing the PJFT... as i currently stand i can do the following:

press ups: 60
sit ups: 65
1.5 miles: 8:50
3 miles: 18:40
Pull ups: 10
beep test(canadian version): 12.5

I think i forgot to mention its not the PRMC on the 30 but the first of the tests, im not sure what it is called, but i hear you have to run on a treadmill, i never run on treadmills that much because id rather be outside. My question for you is what is a good speed to set it at?

If anyone can help me, i'm from canada and im going to be doing my PRMC on June 30, 2006, not really knowing to expect, ive stumbled onto this site. So my first question is.. 1. Are the RM picky about the way you do your push ups? Ie. arms in tight or out and apart. 2. The Beep test or V02... i hear...
