nothing beats getting out in the fresh air and pounding the beat that way, plus treadmills do no good for your ankles, id train outdoors more but im not wiv a sport background just knowledge ive picked up and from personal experience

i believe all the PJFT's are done at LA fitness around the Uk, these treadmills are in the speed of KMPH and not MPH, the max you can do it at is 16.0kmph and should bring you in at around 9mins+ if u keep it at this speed from the word go
