Evening gentlemen, Im currently in frimley park hospital, and just had an operation to stitch me back together. And when your doing your run, don't forget to just keep pumping your legs and don't stop moving, give it EVERY thing you've got!

At ADSC you will be required to do the 1.5 mile run in under 9mins 14 seconds; however if you score high on the strength tests, they can increase this time up to 9:40. Basically, Im a week away from doing my ADSC (Wednesday 18th), so can anyone offer me any fitness tips or general tips as to what I should be doing in the build up to ADSC next week?

The white is so that the P-Coy staff can recognise the officers from the soliders with ease.
