Question: i have a small knife under 3 inches, but it is a lock knife, is this acceptable to bring or should i leave it? i've heard rumours that lock knives are illegal in public, although i am not certain.

what i have heard is that a training is often like a working day, something like 6am-7am everyday, your allowed to smoke in designated areas outside your block in your own time, correct me if im wrong.

white, my programmes sought of like this although i will often change stuff around just to mix things up. sunday- rest day- monday- 45 min run steady pace- and upper body circuit tuesday- 8.6 miler steady pace wed- 45 min circuit training at local park, includes sprint training thurs- 1 hour session...

i went for a run today despite having no breaky or fluid, and wearing full length trackies on and despite the rediculous heat and sun, i was so destroyed from the heat by mile 4 i literally bulldozed through a big ass river just to cool off, the morale of this story, dont get dehydrated on a big ass...

i loved every minute of the insight course, its a friendly atmosphere and you get to see loads of cool equiment as well as informally chat with serving paras, i would def reckommend it, PRAC isnt as enjoyable simpley because of the testing conditions.

sounds like you must have a tummy bug or something, has this been long lasting or short term?

either way, go to a doctor if its affecting your health or training.
