Doc, I totally agree with you, and to be honest no matter how much you read or think you might have found out about training at CTC it can,t for one second give you an idea of what it is really like. although you may have lost some fitness im sure because of your training and level of fitness before hand you will be able to regain this lost fitness much quicker than say getting to that level from scratch.Hopefully someone can clear this up for you for sure, but i would be very surprised if all y...
