All the best mate, just stick with it no matter what. You will have seen there are a few Opt-outs (myself included) on here who regret leaving traning big time and are waiting to re-join. Enjoy it the best you can and just stick out the rest.

[Anyway, what's the point in being extra nice to someone on the forum 'cause they're a girl? I could be a real dog![/quote] You could be, but you might not be....you have to take chances sometimes. :D Either way, it might not matter. :P Gandor, Im not sure how much use a specific agility training se...

Gandor, It wont do you any harm to lose some weight in my opinion, as if i remember right alot of the bigger lads in training with the RM really struggled with the rope climbing. The heavy lads just could not heave themselves up the 30 ft ropes, despite the fact that of course they were strong, they...

intro2pete, Personally i think a balanced regime is the best, one that incorporates different lengths of run and differring speeds (why think to yourself, if i can do this i should be able to do that? why not do both and then you,l know for sure) . Also i found that including some short but balls ou...

Very interesting. He had some great video of footage from the trip, all without the big crew like prod...

Ashley, Im gutted for you mate, i know how it feels to have opted out but unfortunately there is nothing you could have done by the sounds of it. At least now through opting out it means with a bit of good luck your back might sort itself out and you can rejoin at some point in the future. There wou...

Bliartheliar, You are entitled to your opinion as is everyone else, however i strongly believe this is NOT the place to air your views. You have listed recent wars/conflicts in which many people on here may have been involved in, and at the very least will have known good friends and oppo,s that wer...
