But there are certain things you need to see such as the great barrier reef, Sydney harbour (@new year) and t...

I did my CBT about 2 months ago and looking to take my bike test next month. CBT is a pretty chilled out affair which goes something like: meet instructor safety talk parts of the machine ride machine in a straight line ride with turns figure of 8 around cones (pretty hard!) then some theory test st...

I'm going to be a trainee site manager and quantity surveyor working 40 hour weeks + most weekends to, just tell your employer the dates you wont be able to work (ie the weekends because of the RMR) and I'm sure if he's a nice guy he may shuffle around the shift pattern to accomodate. Skiffle did a ...

I'd mix it up if I were you, do some sprint lengths as well. You won't have to do butterfly in the RMR, you just have to do 4 lengths breaststroke without touching the floor or sides then tread water for 4 minutes, then hand out kit out to someone on the side whilst not touching the deep end. Try tr...

I was at home and put a load of songs on my ipod, then came back to uni and had more songs to put on from my laptop using a different itunes. So went to sync...

AFCO + PJFA
Hi just wondering if anyone knows which gym the AFCO in Oxford uses for their PJFA?
As I understand it only certain gyms can do it for some reason (anyone know why?).
Anyway I've done it twice before in Reading and Bristol but lost paper work and out of date info means I have to do it again!

If it doesnt say anything about a swim test I guess you dont take it! If you live in Wales I presume you are part of RMR Bristol, and they dont have a pool at the unit so I doubt you would do one, if in doubt phone the unit though. I was meant to be on this weekend, but low and behold I dislocated m...
