I'm 30. Might do an S type for 12 months as I'm training in TA, but getting restless at work, and could do with some time out.

There's a thing called an S Type Engagement where you can go to the regs from TA for a certain period. I'm not sure if you'd have to go through recruit training though.

There's a time limit for anyone who may have previously done P Coy who have to do it again, I think it's a certain no. of months/years. They may just get you to do a 10 miler to see how you are.
