As many of you probably already know, Channel 4 is showing two programmes tonight (starting at 18:35) and one tomorrow (at 20:00) about the Falklands War. Just letting those that missed the trailers know :smile:

Thanks for the reply. I believe that distance/open learning, such as the OU, will become a lot more common in the near future. I'm hopeful that, providing I complete the training and get commissioned, that I'll be able to complete a degree later on in my career. I've now come to the decision of join...

Will getting a degree be better before joining the Corps as an Officer in terms of career prospects? I know it's possible to gain one whilst serving, like after Staff College and the likes.
