I should think that you need to take sports kit, take some proper running trainers. However I am prett...

Eat healthier. Eat less. Do more cardio. Weigh yourself once per week, making sure you dont lose more than a pound a week.

Transfering from RAF to RM
Hi, if I were to transfer from being a rock ape to RM via the AACC (after a few years as a rock ape) would I still get the non-contributory pension after 18 years (in the RAF you get the non-contributory pension after 18 years of service) instead of when in RM which is 22 years service to get your n...

You can become an officer with just A levels but only 2-3 YO's will have passed selection with just A levels out of a whole YO troop in training. You need at least 2 A levels (preferably with A grades) and 5 GCSE C grade passes.
Hope that helps,
Mitch

Weights- light weights, fast reps, high amount of reps. Not using the injured area at all. Should be able to do light swimming I think but not sure. Someone on here should be able to give advice. Other than that I am not sure, sure someone will have advice. Maybe try looking on a website for alterna...

Thats what I meant. When your are leaving, decide what you want to do. If you are thinking about what to do in civvy street with 2 years to go before you leave then your obviously not going to enjoy life for the next 2 years because youll be thinking about civvy street when you should be having good...
