Tried this the other week, and I have been doing it for the last two weeks twicw a week. I have been doing half the running ie: 400m instead of 800m. This has allowed me to ease myself into this beasting. This works out a total of 1.5 miles per curcuit. I started out doing 1 curcuit, ie: steps 1-13 ...

All I am saying is that if you do what you say you do every week - good luck to you.
If you are telling everyone a few porkies, then rethink what you do in all that free time of yours.

I have no doubt you will be fit enough for the army selection tests.

I run 12-20 miles daily, with 2 hours of weights at the gym, with 2/3 days rest a week. Matt, Im impressed! You are telling us all that you run min of 48 miles a week, (just under two marathons) and a max of 100 miles ( nearly 4 marathons) a week ... ... or do you have more rest days on the weeks y...
