Hi, anyone experienced any problems joining near the upper age limit?
I'm 28, already fit and strong but working hard in preparation.

Am going to give it my best shot no matter what anyone says but interested to know what any of you guys reckon.

Does anyone know where/how to go about training for the bleep test?
Is it something likely to be possible at my local sports centre?
