When you translate that it's really odd. Seems to be saying a whole load of nothing really. Just a big fluff piece. Sonne Gottfluch kann es, Sie ein Pferd zum Wasser führen und den Mutterbumser zwingen zu trinken, aber Sie schräg lassen diese verfluchten Übersetzer sinnvoll sein... :D Automatic tra...

HC00 see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Task_Force_121 ..and my appologies. They are Task Force 121, not Task Force 21. Interestingly it seems according to the article that other nations (inc SAS) are part of TF121. But where does that leave our X-Squadron? Wiki peedia things arent useful when search...

Couldn't say Mr Sonne. I doubt it as 14 int (now SRR) are primarily a recognisance asset and the american version Task Force 21 are a Delta/CIA sort of...umm...Task Force. They were used in I-rak to hunt and distroy Bathist officials and members of Sadams' family. Remember the shoot out with Uday? ...

Those sick f*cks. A good amount of self restraint shown by the patriots guard for not just kicking the sh*t out of them when they start protesting. I found it hard enough not to scream obsceneties and punch my monitor when the video was on. Free speach is all well and good but there needs to be a li...

The when you get to 20 start at one again is good and helps with situps but i keep losing count. :D As for the pullups when you have done as many pullups as you can, jump up and then slow your descent as much as possible. This is a negative, do as many of these as you can until you arent slowing you...

Hc00 you went from doing 1 mile in 12 mins which would mean you did a 1.5 mile in 18 mins to doing a sub 9 min one in two weeks? Alot of it is geting used to going further when I think I should stop because breathless/sore etc. Still its a bizzarely large improvement. And altogether possible that t...

Yeh I try to follow the CV in the morning, upper body in the night routine but I hate running as soon as I get up, need a bit of time to get the caffeine flowing etc I dont feel right running at any time other than early in the morning, because of the locals attitude to jiggiling fat bastards flyin...

I have a training scheme I like. 2 weeks ago I could only just cover a mile at a 12 mins per mile pace. Now I can get sub 8:59 1.5 miles (althought I feel like Im going to die), If thats not decent improvement nothing is. :D I just run as far and as fast as I can as soon as I wake up. Then in the ev...
